For guaranteed peace of mind, all of our deliveries are insured.

As all of our prducts are custom made, there will be an 8 week lead time for all products.

Once in the UK, our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Medium pallet deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £50
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £100

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

We hope that you're delighted with all of your purchases, however in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, or any incorrect items, please email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
